When should you book your photo booth?
The short answer: 2 to 4 months ahead for a peak-season Saturday (May to September), and 2 to 4 weeks is enough for the rest of the year. And if your date is getting close, last-minute bookings are still possible. Unlike photographers or venues, a photo booth does not need booking 18 months in advance: here is the real calendar.

The ideal countdown
- D-90: booking (€49 deposit or full payment)
- D-30: your personalised photo frame finalised in the online editor
- D-7: you receive the video setup tutorial
- D-1 or D-2: the booth arrives at your home (delivery included, 1 to 2 working days before the event)
- The big day: 5 minutes to set up, in the right spot in the room
- 1 working day after: drop off the return parcel (prepaid label provided)
In a nutshell: no need to panic 18 months ahead, but do not leave your August Saturday to chance. Three months before the event, secure the date for €49 and move on to the rest of your to-do list.
